Hey everyone!
Wow...this week has just started and I'm loving it so much. This is such an amazing experience so far! Currently, Karlie (Miss Perham!) and I are relaxing on our respective beds, getting ready for another big day tomorrow!
Today, we made fun appearances to some of the Miss Minnesota Education Program's sponsors...my favorite was Max's--we got toffee! (Hands-off this week, right?!). It was perfectly creamy and crunchy...just like my mom's (except not as good, Mom! :D I love you!)
We also did a lot of filming for the opening number; I can't wait for all of you to see it. We've got some special plans...pretty top-secret, confidential, but really exciting! We wore our dresses and heels most of the day, and surprisingly, I'm feeling pretty good! My feet aren't whining as I had expected when I heard we'd be spending all day in heels--this must mean I'm making progress when it comes to "beauty" endurance. And who doesn't want that?
What more can I say except that this week has been outstanding so far: all of us girls click so well. I'm enjoying getting to know everyone, we're all going through such a unique experience together...and that will bond us forever. It's not cheesy, it's true. I know we're all going to make lasting friendships, we've already started doing just that--I wish we had more time together already and it's only Monday. It looks like I have some road trips to take, maybe? Haha, well, my pillow is beckoning me, so I best obey! Goodnight to all, and to all a good night!
